About
Serves as a justice on the Texas Third Court of Appeals, Place 6, since 2019. Previously served on the 200th District Court in Travis County (2005–2018) and as judge of Travis County Court at Law No. 5 (2000–2004), Travis County justice of the peace (1999), and an Austin municipal court judge (1994–1998). Former prosecutor and Trial Division director in the Travis County Attorney’s Office, staff attorney in the Texas Secretary of State’s Elections Division (1990–1992).
